Return, Defects & Exchange Policy

Our policy permits refunds as store credit within 7 days of your purchase. To qualify this credit, items must be returned in their original condition and unused.

If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care, contactchillambitions@gmail.com, within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. Please note we only provide reimbursement via Chill Ambitions Gift Card credit on damages and lost packages. If we have the items you purchased in stock, we will send over a replacement.
